Questions
Why no prices yet?
We publish fixed package prices once scope and terms are locked, so the price you see is the price you pay. Until then, every request gets a written quote.
What counts as a revision
One round of feedback on the design and content we've delivered, sent together as one list. New pages, new features or a change of direction after you've approved the design aren't revisions — we quote those separately.
What costs extra
Extra pages or revision rounds, copywriting, stock photos and licensed fonts, paid apps or plugins, rush delivery, and your domain and hosting. We always tell you before anything is added.
When the timeline starts
Once your deposit is in and we have your content (words, logo, photos) and access to your domain and any tools we're connecting.
How payment works
50% deposit to book your project. The remaining 50% is due as set out in your agreement, before launch.
Who owns the site?
You do — domain, hosting and code are in your name, with access shared securely.
Can it connect to my CRM?
Yes. Forms and booking can feed straight into the JettBlast CRM or your existing system.
Hosting and domain costs?
These are third-party costs and are listed separately on your quote.
